 At Four Directions Healing Arts Justin's vision is to provide a conscious workout, while integrating fitness as a way of life using Western and Eastern exercise and techniques, which meets the need for total change from all directions. 



What is Four Directions Healing Arts?

Four Directions Healing Arts looks at the body as a system and the programs are designed individually based on the goal,desires and needs. We use three phases of training stabilization, strength and power. This is a systematic and progressive approach to creating foundation and environment for change by improving posture, function, and performance. The three phases incorporate flexibility, core, cardio, balance and functional training.We also use three styles of Qi Gong, hard, soft and still which are a style of energy building exercises that teaches you how to recycle and cleanse negative energy such as stress, emotions and toxins and attract a positive connection with the body and mind.
