It is the mission of Four Directions Healing Arts to provide a conscious workout that integrates fitness and physical well-being as a way of life. In this time of global awareness, we focus on melding Western and Eastern exercise, techniques and philosophies to provide simple achievable routines which fulfill the need for profound change and a means to sustain excellent health. Our approach is deceptively simple:  we work with the body and consciousness from all four directions—honoring the circle of life as a whole—to provide a pragmatic approach to reduced stress, a strengthened immune system and a physical body typified by balance and calm in the mind/body vehicle.
